- 100% coverage on preventive treatments. This includes your regular cleanings and checkups, as well as routine X-rays.
- 80% coverage on minor restorative procedures. This includes things like dental fillings.
- 50% coverage of major restorative procedures. This generally includes things like dental crowns, tooth extractions, and dentures.
